Welcome to a breathwork reset on the Rock and Yes Podcast, Your Empowered Self. I'm Dr. Raquel Yero. Let's downshift your nervous system and come back to safety. Starting now. Find a comfortable seat, feet on the floor if you can. Let your shoulders drop. Unclench your jaw. Soften your face. Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Today is a renewal reset. A moment to release what's heavy and come back to what's true. We're going to inhale through your nose for four, three, two, one, and exhale through your mouth for six, five, four, three, two, one. Again, inhale for four, three, two, one, and exhale for six, five, four, three, two, one. Let the exhale be longer. Long exhales tell your body I'm safe enough to soften. Then again, inhale for four, three, two, one, and exhale for six, five, four, three, two, one. And I want you to keep inhaling and exhaling in that same pattern. And what we're going to do, if it feels good, we're going to add a gentle release sigh at the end of the exhale. It's like letting pressure out of a valve. We're going to inhale for four and exhale for six and softly sigh it out. Again, inhale and exhale, sigh it out. One more inhale and exhale and sigh. Good. Keep on breathing nice in and out. Now we're going to add an anchor phrase on the inhale. We're going to think I let go. And on the exhale, you're going to think of what I don't need. So let's practice that. Let's inhale for four. I let go. And we're going to exhale for six of what I don't need. Again, inhale. I let go. And exhale of what I don't need. Keep breathing. Inhale, saying I let go. And on the exhale of what I don't need. And as you exhale, imagine you're setting something down. Like pressure, resentment, fear, the need to control, the need to push through. Just keep breathing. In and out. That's right. Keep breathing in. I let go. And exhale of what I don't need. Beautiful. Now let's keep breathing, but we're going to have a different mantra. We're going to say, we're going to shift into renewal. So on the inhale, we're going to think I receive. And on the exhale, a new pattern. So let's practice that. Inhale for four, I receive. And exhale for six. A new pattern. Again, inhale, I receive. And exhale a new pattern. And keep doing that. Keep inhaling and exhaling. I receive a new pattern. Let your body feel what it's like to start fresh. Not because life is perfect, but because you are choosing a reset. Because you're not broken, your pattern and patterns can change. Again, inhale, I receive. Exhale, a new pattern. And inhale. And exhale. That's right. Tonight you get to start a new pattern. You get to receive a new pattern. Alright. Keep deep breathing, but as you're doing that, we're going to scan your body slowly. Starting at the forehead. Just gonna soften your forehead. Just let it relax. That's right. Now go to your jaw and just release. Release the tension. Let your jaw drop. Beautiful. Inhale and exhale. On the exhale, just let those shoulders drop. Just let them melt and drop down. That's right. Beautiful. Keep deep breathing. And let's go now to the chest. You're gonna open your chest five percent more. Just open it up. And exhale. Beautiful. Now on the belly. We're just gonna let that belly relax. Inhale for four. And exhale for six. And soften. If you feel emotion, let it be there without fixing it. This is renewal. This is the exhale. That's right. And a couple more nice deep breaths. Beautiful. Let your breathing return to natural. Ask yourself quietly. What am I ready to release? What am I ready to renew? What does the next version of me choose today? And repeat after me. I release the old pattern. I return to safety. I choose awareness. I am allowed to begin again. Beautiful. Nice gentle breathing. Normal breathing. And if you want, take two more nice deep breaths. We're going to inhale for four and exhale for six. Again. Inhale and exhale. Soften. Beautiful. Save this and come back to it anytime you need a reset. And remember, you're not broken. You're patterned.
